Meghan Marklesays that her daughter,Princess Lilibet, knows what she likes when it comes to great food.

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, shared the tidbit about her 3-year-old daughter in her new lifestyle seriesWith Love, Meghan, which premiered on Netflix on March 4. While cooking with chefRoy Choiin the third episode, Meghan revealed that Lilibet (whom she shares with husbandPrince Harry) will do a little dance when she eats something that she likes.

“It’s good. I realize my daughter likes something she’s eating, she starts to sway a little bit,” Meghan said after taking a bite of traditional kimchi, as she danced around the kitchen and snapped her fingers.

“This type of cooking, it’s fun. It’s life to its fullest in ordinary moments, you know?” said Choi.

In her most intimate interview in years, the Duchess of Sussex opens up to PEOPLE in this week’sexclusive cover storyabout her new Netflix series, unveiling her lifestyle brandAs ever, life at home with Prince Harry and their kids,Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, and her hope that As ever can be part of Lili’s “legacy” too.

The budding brand is slated to launch this spring, and its landing pagefeatures a photoof Meghan and her daughter walking hand-in-hand outdoors. For Meghan, including Lilibet was a poignant choice.

“Being able to have my own little girl, as I’ve spent so much of my life championing the rights of girls and women, and to be able to see this as a multigenerational story — Archie is of course included in that, my husband is of course included in that — but I love the heritage feeling of it and knowing this is something that I can create in front of my daughter and teach her what it’s like to be a working mom,” the Duchess of Sussex says. “This is something that hopefully can be part of her legacy too.”

“It’s our shared name as a family, and I guess I hadn’t recognized how meaningful that would be to me until we had children,” the Duchess of Sussex says in this week’s cover story. “I love that that is something that Archie, Lili, H and I all have together. It means a lot to me.”

Describing the Sussex name as “part of our love story,” she adds, “I think as the kids get older, they’re so excited about, ‘Oh my gosh, Mama and Papa, how did you meet?’ I think that will come with time as they get older, but for right now, a huge part of our love story is that we share the name Sussex."
