On Monday, the rapper shared a video onInstagramteasing new music and that a corresponding music video may be on the way.

The Grammy-winning rapper, 28, shared a short video focusing on her lips. “Just as a snake sheds its skin, we must shed our past, over and over again," she said in the video.

The clip continues with a quick look at the singer in the shadows with eyes that resemble those of a snake. It then quickly cut to her side profile as she opened her mouth and exposed her fangs.

“BRING THE HORROR ROCK GIRLIES OUTT😩😤😭😭🗣️," one fan wrote. Another praised the singer for appearing to referenceThe Rocky Horror Picture Show,writing, “This is sooooo Rocky Horror-coded.”

One fan poked fun at themselves and referenced the singer’s dancing abilities, writing, “Lemme warm my knees up… Meg what you got going on ma’am.”

Megan’s latest postfollows her settlement with her former record label, 1501 Certified Entertainment.

The record labelannounced on social mediathat the singer and the label have “mutually reached a confidential settlement to resolve their legal differences.” PEOPLE confirmed the case was settled in Megan’s favor.

“I’m pleased to announce that Megan and I have come to the table to resolve our legal differences,” 1501 Certified Entertainment CEO Carl Crawford said in a statement to PEOPLE. “During the course of this time, we have grown, we have evolved, and amicably decided to part ways. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and confident in the future of 1501.”

In 2020, the rapper alleged that the label had prevented her from releasing new music. She was then granted a temporary restraining order against the company and its CEO, and then she was able torelease a nine-track EPtitledSuga.

The “Sweetest Pie" rapper later revealed that she isnot looking to sign with a new record labelanytime soon, and will be financing her next project herself.
