Lohan previously toldThe Hollywood Reporterthat acting “is like riding a bicycle” whilediscussing her Hollywood comeback.

“It’s just in me. It’s a part of me. Doing films, playing a character, it brings me so much joy to be able to share a story with people. To take people on that journey with me is such a blessing,” she said, adding that she was “having a wonderful time” working with Netflix, and that she’s hoping to “dive deeper” with her future roles.

In aninterview withCosmopolitan, Lohan said she “wanted to play a different kind of character, more nerdy” inIrish Wish.

She added of her acting approach, “It’s always evolving. It comes very naturally to me to play a role, especially in a romantic comedy, so it doesn’t always feel like work. But when you really look at the character and how much more you can give people onscreen through the character’s eyes, there’s so much to play with and change.”

Irish Wishis on Netflix March 15, in time for St. Patrick’s Day.
