A quiet victory!

Emily Bluntwon the best supporting actress honor at the 25th AnnualSAG Awardsfor her part inA Quiet Place. The actress, 35, beat outfellow nomineesAmy Adams (Vice), Margot Robbie (Mary Queen of Scots), Emma Stone (The Favourite) and Rachel Weisz (The Favourite).

After kissing Krasinski, Blunt, visibly shocked to have won her firstSAG Award, made her way to the stage to deliver a sweet speech.

“Oh my goodness me. Guys — that truly has completely blown my slicked hair back,” she said. “Thank you so, so, so much. I am so moved and completely lost for words and unprepared. I am going to share this completely with my husband, John Krasinski, because the entire experience of doing this with you has completely pierced my heart. You are a stunning filmmaker. I am so lucky to be with you and to have done this film with you.”

“Thank you for giving me the part. You would have been in major trouble if you hadn’t,” she joked.

She also thanked the couple’s daughters Hazel, 4, and Violet, 2.

“Thank you to the two little poems in our life, our daughters Hazel and Violet, who will have to be at least 45 before they see this film,” she said. “Thank you SAG, I am so honored.”

Krasinski, 39, proudly stood up for his wife as soon as she was announced as the winner, remaining standing and clapping until she took the stage. When she finished her speech, Krasinski, who was visibly emotional, immediately jumped back up and applauded enthusiastically.
